THINGS TO DO IN LOCKDOWN DAYS

Hi guys , we welcome you to our blogging platform called " integrate blogger ."

As nowadays we are all stuck in the trap of corona virus and the whole world is in lockdown state . And we also don't know whether when and how we will find the key of this lockdown. But in this lockdown we have one thing that is present in huge quantity for us, guys that is 'Time' . As we have lots of time one thing that we should be careful of is that we don't have to waste our time  just by casually.

And we also know that nothing is precious than time.

So according to me this is the time when you can do something good and if you want something to be changed in your life you may bring that change also because we have lots of time now, as who knows that when corona virus will step out from the world and the world will be lockdown free.

Along with the time-usage in lockdown i have some amazing things you can do at your home and I am damn sure you will not only find it important for your life but also  you will enjoy it doing .


So let's start with our first task and so on :

1. PLAYING GAMES :- 



 Yeah , you read it nicely, it is playing games . Who says that playing games is a bad habbit, anyone might be saying this but I don't think so. As we know everything has two aspects, one is positive and another is negative . Likewise there are both positive as well as negative aspects of playing games too . But here ignoring negative aspects I am going to tell you about its positive aspects and some interesting games you may stick on for sometime but one thing should be noted is that we don't get addicted to it . 


There are many games you may play such as games like ludo chess and carrom you may play these games with you friends (online in apps like hago and ludo king) as well as with your family also . There are many games in play store app that can build your presence of mind skill and your concentration skill and also those games can develop your particular part of brain . Just what you have to do is just open play store and search brain games or concentration games and download your favourite one and then start your journey towards your skill developments along with playing games. 



Now talking about the most popular game in play store 'PUBG' , you might be thinking what is connection between PUBG and your skill development . So first of all I would like to make clear that this game can also be used for skill development if used in proper manner . Yes dude , yes , you can also develop skill by playing PUBG . There are many skills that PUBG can help you develop, skills like concentration , focus , not being panic in difficult situation , eye sight and there are many more, and if you want you can also use it for earning money you may take a famous youtuber  CARRY MINATI for example . Just one things must be noted while playing this game is that, this game is very addictive, so you have to use it wisely as everything has a limit , like that this also should be used in limited period of time  and according to me  you must fix a time for playing PUBG like one hour a day or two hour . But not more than one or two .  Because if you do so you may get addicted to it and addiction of anything is very harmful for our physical health as well as mental health . 

So playing game is not bad thing if you play for limited period of time but it can become very very worst than bad if you do not put restriction to you .

2. Workout and dance :-



Now coming to the next point, that is workout and dance . I think, I don't have to explain you how workouts and dance helps your body and, you also. But then also I would like to add some points to it :

•  it helps your body in maintaining blood circulation and fulfill all the lackness of oxygen.
•  it keeps you away from several pains like back ache , shoulder ache , headache, joint pains and many more.
•  it keeps you healthy and build hunger of food inside you and if you do continuously it may also help you in keeping you far from junk foods.
•  it also detoxifies your body by releasing lots of sweat and you get cleaner from inside.
•  it will also help your body to come in shape.
•  and the main thing, it will enhance your personality and you will feel confident from inside.


Guys I think you must add workout or dance in your daily schedule 'coz it helps you in lot of ways. And yes, one more thing I would like to tell you is that some thinks that workout should be done only in morning, so tomorrow I will wake up early and I will do it, but next day as usual they wake up at 9 or at 10 and they think now it's too late, so from tomorrow I will start. Guys here two things I would like to tell you one is that tomorrow never comes, all day is just today itself, and second thing is that, there is no time for doing exercise or you can say workout, so if you waked up at 10 also then also you may start doing. Guys you know what, starting anything in always the most difficult work, but if we get succeed in starting anything, then we will get used to it. But if you want to get more benefits of this then you should make a habbit of getting up earlier and working out as if you do it in morning you will feel energetic the whole day.

 And guys what I should say about dance, it is just an another level feeling, you may be knowing if you do dance. Once if you will do it I m so sure that you will love it and the main part is that it is also just like working-out and you will get all those benefits from dance also that you get from an workout. And great thing of dancing is that, it increases your stamina at another level. For dancing just you have to do is just put in ear plugs and play any of your favourite song and just feel the song and you will notice your body automatically starts moving. 



Guys, I think these both are the most important thing you should add in your schedule, if you can't do both then atleast do follow any one, but please be regular. 3. Cooking :- 



Yes dude, cooking , wait, Don't rush ahead ! Don't rush ahead ! You may be thinking cooking is only for girls and not for boys, so why should I cook, actually dude it's not your problem it is the mindset of most of the Indians that, only girls have to cook, not boys, girls are made only for kitchen and cooking, etc., Etc. .
But guys I would like to make you clear that we live in a society where everyone has their own right, and everyone's speech matters. So how can we say these harsh words that "only girls have to cook and they have to stay at home" , dude they also have right to step into the world and enjoy their life, once think how would you feel if you are forced to be at only one place . Just leave this and take lockdown as example all are sitting at home but it is almost impossible for many people to stay in home so far. So if you only can't be at home for so long then how could you say girls to just stay at home. They also have right to freedom .

Guys I think I have said too much, so sorry for that , and now coming back to cooking, I would like to tell you a simple thing that we should have all skills doesn't matter  even if it is cooking. And if you know cooking you can try new dishes according to your taste. But for that you have to begin it first, I know it will take some time for you to cook good dishes but believe me soon you will be able to cook good dishes.



 And one more big benefit of knowing how to cook is that you can try all junk foods you eat outside, bit in these lockdown if you want to eat junk foods then it is almost impossible to eat, so if you know how to cook you will cook it at home and believe me that tastes awesome as compared to eating outside. If you don't know how to cook you may learn from youtube or from the best chief - 'Your Mom' . From wherever you learn doesn't matter but what matters is that you are learning or not . I am sure dude when you will learn to cook your level of happiness would be at another level and this skill of cooking will surely help you in some stage of your life .

4. Self improvement works :- 

 Have you  read this thought anywhere " Every stage of life demands a new you ". I am not so sure whether you have read it or not but one thing is clear from this quote is that, in every new situation of our life we should develop ourself to face the new situation or new challenge. But the first question arose to us is 'How?, How we should develop ourself? '  
Guys it's answer is so simple as simple the question is , yes , so I am going to give you some self improvement works that you should apply in your life . 



So the first thing is meditation, meditation is not so difficult as we have made it, it is so simple, just what you have to do is that you have sit in such a position that your backbone is fully straight and next you have to close your eyes and next you have do is just focus on your breathe. That's it . It is so simple that anyone can do it and it can be done anywhere. Just by doing these things you will feel very peaceful and very positive.



Next is recieting affirmations . Yes dude yes recieting affirmations, it seems to be very simple, so it is ,but guys it's reault are unbelievable. You can get anything in your life if you affirmate good things about that, suppose you want to get good communication skills so you have say my communication skill is soo good, people find me attractive with my communication skill, and I can easily communicate with anyone and on any topic " , that's it what you have to say regularly and you will find that what you are saying is actually happening slowly slowly. So just you have to recite good affirmations everyday, you can do it anytime but best time for affirmating is in early morning or you can also recite affirmations before doing workouts or dance . 

And guys there are many more things you can do for self improvement, but now I am not discussing those in this blog as then this blog will become very long.  But don't worry I will keep publishing many more ideas in my upcoming blog. But for now let's move on to another task.

5. Spending time with family :- 



Yes guys along with doing all stuff things the most important of them is spending time with family as when you spend time with your family, you get to understand your family more efficiently and this somehow will help you in developing all kind of skills. When you spend time with your family one thing automatically starts going far is generation gap . Actually, according to me generation gap is generally generated when there is lack of communication with our parents and grand parents. But when you spend time with your family, you talks to them and this conversation with your parents kills the devil named generation gap.
And nowadays in lockdown, you don't have any work, you are almost free all the time, so according to me it is the best time to kill generation gap . You can share all your best memories with your parents and you may also ask them also to do so. 



And also along with that you may have dinner with your parents. Actually you know what, they also wants to talk to you, share every memories with you, bit they do not do so because they think you are busy in some important stuff. This , at that time they control their emotion and they let yo do your work . 
But guys we should understand this and you should try to be frank with them. 
Actually guys atleast we should take out some time for our parents whether it is lockdown or not. So I wish you will talk to your parent make those time most glorious time of your life .

So guys let's give this blog a conclusion and I hope you all will try to make these things a part of your life not only in lockdown but after lockdown also. And guys actually there are many things to do but I had selected some important one that will really help you in building your character, personality, and a better person in life .
